Shipping policy

If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our store, please send us an email care@kelbyhuston.com from the email you placed the order with. We entertain defective product requests only till 5 calendar days.

When a product is returned, then we will check the quality of the returned product and if everything is fine, then we initiate the amount for a refund and the amount will be credited to customer’s bank account in 5-7 business days.
