Return & Refund Policy

Warranty and returns:

We offer Bags exchange and returns within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery in India. We do not accept cancellations once an order is confirmed and dispatched. When you request an exchange or return, we try to offer a pick-up service, but it is not guaranteed. In such cases, we request the customer to ship the return themselves. Shipping cost of the returning product will be borne by the customer and Products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered. A return order is ineligible for exchange or refund if it is done beyond the 5 calendar days period from the date of delivery. If we receive an in-bound return for an ineligible return, goods will be returned to customer and no further requests will be entertained. If you send an unauthorized in-bound shipment, we will be unable to serve you in the future. All the Products under relove section are not eligible for return or exchange, as these are limited pieces and they are first come first served. 

In Clothing we allow 7 days to make the exchange for a different size. Please ensure that the garment is unused, is in the original packaging and has all the original tags. As all the Clothing pieces are "Made to Order" we don't offer Return Facility, they can only be exchanged for a Different Size.

If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our store, please send us an email care@kelbyhuston.com from the email you placed the order with. We entertain defective product requests only till 7 calendar days.

When a product is returned, then we will check the quality of the returned product and if everything is fine, then we initiate the amount for a refund and the amount will be credited to customer’s bank account in 5-7 business days.
