Return & Refund Policy
Warranty and returns:
We offer product exchange and returns within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. We do not accept cancellations once an order is confirmed and dispatched. When you request an exchange or return, we try to offer a pick-up service, but it is not guaranteed. In such cases, we request the customer to ship the return themselves. Products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
A return order is ineligible for exchange or refund if it is done beyond the 7 calendar days period from the date of delivery. If we receive an in-bound return for an ineligible return, goods will be returned to customer and no further requests will be entertained. If you send an unauthorized in-bound shipment, we will be unable to serve you in the future.
If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our store, please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org from the email you placed the order with. We entertain defective product requests only till 7 calendar days.
When a product is returned, then we will initiate the amount for a refund and the amount will be credited to customer’s bank account in 5-7 business days.
